Girls in Gear is powered by dedicated volunteers in our communities who share our passion for teaching life skills through bike skills. By starting a new site in your area or school, you’ll help more girls build their confidence and life skills.
When you start a new site you’ll…
RECRUIT VOLUNTEERS FOR YOUR TEAM
After your application is accepted, you’ll recruit 2-3 volunteers for your team.
ORGANIZE YOUR PRACTICES
Identify one day a week for practices and provide a safe outdoor space to hold them.
REGISTER A TEAM OF RIDERS
Using our website registration form, register a team of 5-15 riders in your community.
